Patent Seminar

After a three-year “Corona break”, our traditional Patent Seminar, aimed at inhouse counsels and lawyers working in the field of intellectual property, was held again in April 2023.

Eight speakers gave presentations at the Industrie-Club in Düsseldorf on topics such as current patent case law in Germany and Europe, the limits of D&O insurance cover in the event of patent infringement, and the judicial enforcement of patent claims with the help of litigation financiers.
