„Luginbühl/Hüttermann“ Commentary on the Unitary Patent System

At the end of April, “Luginbühl/Hüttermann”, a commentary on the unitary patent system, was published, edited by Dr. Stefan Luginbühl, Head of Department European Legal Affairs at the European Patent Office and Prof. Dr. Aloys Hüttermann, partner in our firm. The work comprises a total of almost 2,100 pages and offers a commentary on both the legal texts relating to the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court. Numerous renowned experts, including Prof. Dr. Maximilian Haedicke, Sabine Klepsch, Tobias Pichlmaier and Ulrike Voß, four judges of the Unified Patent Court, contribute to the work.
