Ihre Aufgaben u.a.:
• Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten aus dem In- und Ausland
• Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen und Mandanten
• Organisation der Bewirtung und Sicherstellung eines gepflegten Erscheinungsbildes der Besprechungsräume
• Verwaltung von Ein- und Ausgangspost sowie Paketannahmen
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Zugangsschlüsseln, Telefonlisten und Raumplänen
• Organisation von Mitarbeiter- und Anwaltsessen
• Bearbeitung von Bestellungen jeglicher Art
• Verwaltung der Bargeldkasse
• unterstützende Bürotätigkeiten

Arbeitszeiten:
Nachmittags Montag bis Donnerstag jeweils von 12:00 bis 18:00 Uhr, sowie am Freitag von 11:00 bis 17:00 Uhr.

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Bürokaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), Hotelfachmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder in einem anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Beruf
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) und gute allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse
• Grundlegende oder fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
• Selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Sie werden von uns in allen Bereichen des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes ausgebildet und auf die Prüfung zum deutschen bzw. europäischen Patentanwalt vorbereitet. Bei Ihren Tätigkeiten für unsere Mandanten sind Sie immer mit den neuesten technischen Entwicklungen befasst.
