"Luginbühl/Hüttermann" reviewed in the new GRUR

In the new GRUR (issue 21/2024 from October 31), Prof. Dr. Ansgar Ohly reviewed the commentary on the unitary patent system, for which Prof. Dr. Aloys Hüttermann from our law firm is co-editor. His conclusion: “Overall, the top-class team of authors succeeds in providing a thorough, compact and practical commentary on the entire unitary patent package. [...] In any case, the work is sure to take its place among the commentaries on the new EU patent law.”
