Nadine Hannig studied chemistry at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and graduated with a master’s degree in 2018. As part of her master thesis and following doctorate at the Institute of Materials and Structural Research, she focused on microwave breakdown of ligand-supported nanoparticles of coinage and platinum metals and their spectroscopic analysis.
Throughout her doctorate, she was able to gain initial insights into intellectual property law at Michalski Hüttermann & Partner, from which she has been pursuing her training as a patent attorney since the end of 2022.
Mrs. Hannig speaks German, English and reasonable French and has basic knowledge of Russian. She has been a competitive ballroom dancer for Latin American and standard dances for the longest time of her life and remains dedicated to dancing until today. In addition, in her free time she is interested in table tennis, good food and cruises.
