Mr Pech is a German patent attorney and representative before the European Patent Office and the EUIPO. His focus in patent law is on the application and granting of intellectual property rights, infringement issues and freedom-to-operate analyses. He has technical expertise in the fields of process engineering, mechanics, automotive, materials technology and medical technology, among others. His main focus in trademark law is on the application, granting, enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights.
After studying mechanical engineering with a specialisation in process engineering, Mr Pech began his training as a German patent attorney in Düsseldorf in 2017. He was admitted in 2020 and 2021. Also in 2021, Mr Pech joined Michalski Hüttermann, where he works as a patent attorney. Mr Pech is a partner in the firm.
Mr Pech is married and father of two daughters. Privately, he plays the drums and guitar and does endurance sports. He speaks German and is fluent in English.
