With the accelerated pace of ‘going out’ of Chinese enterprises, going abroad to participate in exhibitions has become an important channel for Chinese enterprises to offer their products and expand overseas markets. Germany is a major exhibition country in Europe, and in recent years, the number and scale of Chinese exhibitions in Germany have continued to grow, and disputes over intellectual property rights at exhibitions have also been on the rise.
